It is available in either solid sterling silver, or 14K gold (upcharge). This pendant is guaranteed by a full lifetime warranty that covers the engraved image. It comes with a water and scratch-resistant mineral watch crystal covering the front and back. Due to this process, any family who wishes to have additional personalization on the back of the pendant must indicate this at the time the order is placed. (The pendant can be engraved on the back at additional cost (up to 2 lines, with up to 8 characters per line - block or script). Please note: for best results, submit your photograph directly from your digital camera. It must have a resolution of 350+ dpi, and the image size must be at least 2" x 3". Submit in jpeg format (.jpg). In addition, please include any special instructions in the "Comments" area at checkout. Never submit photocopies of photographs, or prints made from a laser or ink-jet printer, as these will drastically reduce the quality of the finished product. The mfr. advises that for this particular heart-shaped pendant, a photo with "two individuals" will have most visually pleasing/balanced result.

You also have the option of mailing us your original photograph to scan, and you will receive your original back. If sending a photograph in the mail, be sure to enclose a printout of your order along with your photo.
